It’s the biggest, baddest antique coffee roasting machine in Los Angeles roasting custom batches of fresh beans for your coffee - right here in the restaurant. The UPS trucks arrive to deliver to your doorstep the freshest coffee possible on the face of the earth!

Our Antique Roasting Machine

Each cup is made only for you, one cup at a time, using only Reverse Osmosis Water- the finest in water purification. The espresso machines are turned on. The bacon is cooking, the pancakes are mixed, and the breakfast potatoes are being prepared. Fresh eggs are delivered, and the 7-grain bread and muffins arrive still warm from the famous Il Fornaio bakery, the French Bakery brings light and sumptuous pastries. The produce man brings berries and fruit and still more fresh produce for the soups and salads to be prepared for lunch. Old-fashioned oatmeal is put on to simmer and our crunchy granola is mixed and roasted fresh for your cereal this morning. Tables and chairs are put out on the patio and our big yellow umbrellas are opened, ready to greet you.

The stage has been set this way every morning for 20 years.
